You will need a very fine tool work with these tiny split rings. The varnish tends to glue them together and to open them first time takes effort. #1 (20lb) = ⌀4,0mm. #2 (30lb) = ⌀4,5mm. Too small for 1/0 and 2/0 pike trebles. The 20lb (9.1kg) opened up upon testing with less force, is how I personally felt. I'm using them as weak point, to sacrifice treble hooks on expensive lures in snaggy rivers.
